Tilly was amazing! The experience for my wife and I was both easy and comfortable, thanks to Tilly's professional and sweet nature. Life's been really difficult lately since my wife's cancer diagnosis, and we were in a bind as of late. Yesterday (coming there)was truly a blessing.
5 star rating for World Finance, but the real star there is Tilly! As a stage 4 cancer patient, the last thing you need is more stress, and time is the most valuable resource. This was our first time visiting or going through the loan process. Rather than the typical lengthy, stressful, and awkward experience, Tilly made it feel like visiting an old friend, while still being very professional. I wish I had NEVER filed my taxes with world finance. First problem was the customer service. In the end, we did end up getting told we’d get our full federal refund, but we still haven’t received it!!! We have been calling every day, and we learned today that everyone who has filed their taxes here, except for me and my husband, has received their refund. Our expected refund amount is $518.
