Samuel is a rockstar! He took the time to listen to my issue, found the proper avenue to follow, and came through for the win. He called the Manager, Lauren, and together they got me approved! You don't know just how much you taking the time to hear me out helped. I will most definitely be back and will tell all of my friends when or if they are in need!
