Took out a loan in 2013 paid it off as agreed, but during that process I made a couple of late payments due to my financial trouble at that time. Currently, I'm in the process of purchasing a home and I've requested practically begged for any assistance to have the negative marks removed from my credit. To no avail I got no assistance.
