From the initial call all the way to the first step into the World Finance establishment on Pecan St. In Pflugerville. I was treated and greeted with understanding along with the upmost politeness and respect any individual could ask for during these times of financial strains. Thanks to the team and Branch Manager for alleviating any doubts i may have had.
I filed my taxes with World Finance on Jan 24th. I have a special pin required to file-I provided, but was told it wasn’t needed. I called them to check the status on Feb 6. Wouldn’t you know the pin was needed and my taxes still had not been filed. Excuse after excuse was offered but no apology. No effort was made to correct this horrible mistake. I was advised to take my paperwork and file elsewhere. And I did. NOW my refund is delayed because they finally submitted the tax return the same day. They can sure call when they... read more
