Friendly and Took care of our needs!
This was the best experience I had filing taxes. I didn’t have any questions after the estimate because Felicia was so thorough. I waited less than a minute to be seen. Also, most of my documents were sent via link by text message. The customer service is AMAZING. I will definitely file here every year.
Everyone is super nice and patient! Helped make everything convenient and even called to make sure that I meant to pay two payments out of concern for their customer potientially doing this in error and posing risk of misballanced bank funds!
