I arranged a promise to pay date with the manager. Was advised to include a late fee payment on my postdated check. I dropped of the check dated 1/20/12 on January 16. They also had it notated on my account a "promise to pay" on 1/20/12. However, they still deposited the check on 1/16/12. I was charged by my bank.
