I have been doing business with World for many years and have no issues with them. My go to woman is Laura. I can't say enough of good things about her. She is always so sweet, and helpful. She makes sure my loans are smooth and effortless. Many managers have come and gone but good ole Laura is still around and I am so thankful for her.
I have dealt with many loan and tax companys and this is by far the best one. Laura and mikayla have the best customer service and are always so welcoming. I will never go anywhere else now for any loan or tax service. Highly recommend if you need any tax or loan service to go to this location
Unprofessional ran very poorly messing up documents with employees kids running around employees aren't doing there job because of worrying about there children who dont belong in a office very rude unhelpful will never do business with them again worst place ive ever done businesses with ...do not recommend at all its a mess
