I walked in the office, and I see three beautiful ladies at the desks. They were very sweet and nice. One of them told me they'll get with me and to have a seat while I wait. Johnna then ended up helping me and she was very helpful through the whole process, there was one bump along the way but she was able to help me and got through it. Thank you Johnna!
