It was awesome when I had Bridget and Mercedes working for you guys they were the sweetest ladies ever and they didn't mind helping out with my payments and now since I have Belinda and Abby in that office I don't know if I want to do business with you guys ever again because they don't like how I'm making payments on my loan so I don't know it's sad that they don't want to work with their customers
