The people there are amazing they work with you payments are amazing 50 a monthly and you can refinance any time also the do advance on your taxes perfect time for holidays people there are wonderful

This company is very bad to deal with. They come to your home and kick and knock at your door after hours. If you are late by one date, they call all your relative, work and began to harress you. Dont do business with them. They suck!!

If you need a loan the employees at WF are very professional and helpful. They also sell household items for very reasonable rates that they finance for you.
I took my sister to World Finance and the manager kept insisting i apply for "some fast and easy money". I declined for 30 minutes and decided it would be great to boost my credit report, well I had back surgery and the manager stated my home was on his way home and as a courtesy, he would pick up my money, well in the end the money was never applied to the account and when confronted, he said who will they believe, you or me and you poor ni**ers can not afford legal help! "Horrable people. After several calls a day, several days in a row I called the main office. FIrst thing she did was ask if I had gotten my W-2. BEFORE she even knew who I was!!! I told them that there was NO Sarah at this number, like they had been asking for and to STOP calling me. I was told to hang on for a second. She came back and told me the number was removed and then just slammed the phone and hung up!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB in McMinnville, TN. I arranged a promise to pay date with the manager. Was advised to include a late fee payment on my postdated check. I dropped of the check dated 1/20/12 on January 16. They also had it notated on my account a "promise to pay" on 1/20/12. However, they still deposited the check on 1/16/12. I was charged by my bank. I contacted World Finance and they told me that although they made an error, they cannot do anything about it because it was a post dated check. I love all the reps here at this office, i know their office is #1 in their region! This World Finance office has the best customer service. Chris the manager is awesome! Abbey too.. Most of all, my credit score has really Jumped since ive been dealing World Finance for the past 2 years. They report straight to the credit bureau. Theyre on all 3 credit reports... I highly recommend this team... Thumbs Up!
