"Horrable people. After several calls a day, several days in a row I called the main office. FIrst thing she did was ask if I had gotten my W-2. BEFORE she even knew who I was!!! I told them that there was NO Sarah at this number, like they had been asking for and to STOP calling me. I was told to hang on for a second. She came back and told me the number was removed and then just slammed the phone and hung up!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB in McMinnville, TN. I have had a loan in the mcminville office for 1 year and they have always been kind to me and i have not made a payment in 2 months and they have worked with me pay your bills on time.
This company is a very bad company to deal with if you need customer service of any kind , they are rude and DO NOT know how to handle the customers in a manner in which you would want to treat a customer in order to keep them a customer. They give you names of personal freinds when asking for a Manager to speak with. The Manager Kim of the mcminnville store is very un -proffesional in every matter of this store .
