I have and still do business with this company and is very pleased with the service,however I go to the Duncanville and DeSoto branches,really nice people at botn,report this #\$%\$ to the corp office and BBB,the corp office eill deal with this jerk the company do not want to loose business we are their money everytime we borrow the company get richer when we pay back,happy I did not go to that branch,I am old with nothing to loose,know what I mean lol''''''''
This place is horrible! I had my taxes done by Ashley Lee and needless to say she screwed me! She charged me \$450:00 dollars to do my taxes!!! There fee was \$299.00 there bank fee was \$50:00! They gave me \$100:00 check the day I filed so there bank charged me \$50 to cash a \$100 check!...
The workers were real nice and polite for a while. My husband was late on payment. He called and told them he would be late the mgr. Had a #\$%\$ attitude and hung up on him. Thats not being professional. The pym. Was paid just like he said he would. The workers can get major attitude. Bad business on their part!!!!
I Love these people they always make me welcome I have never had no problem with Them they help you anyway they can Thanks Alot for people Like them the company is GREAT.The staff is very nice THEY WILL HELP IN HARD TIMES.
I received a very unprofessional phone call from someone named Jerry at this company. I don t live in Jefferson City and I have never done business with this company, yet Jerry left a message saying This is Jerry. Call me today at 475-2705. I don t think so, Jerry. You ve either got the wrong number/person or you re trying to sell me something I don t want. The main website for this company has listings for Greeneville, SC and Brooklyn, NY on their contact page.
I took out a loan and to be honest as long as you pay your bill on time you don t have any problems with them.
The rudest people work at this location. I will never use them again.
Their so called workers are unprofessional and speak to people rudely. Showing up at somebodys door making rude comments and asking personal questions that do not pertain to the loans. I have never in my life heard somebody from a business speaking to somebody in the manner that they have.
