Staff member that I spoke with today was very unprofessional. My mother is in the hospital in another city and she asked me to call and make a payment for her. I called and explained to the lady that my mom was in the hospital and my mom asked me to call and make a payment. She asked for my mom information and then asked if I wanted to use the card on file.
