Avoid WES if your career depends on it. Total lack of urgency. I am currently out a job offer because WES cannot process a simple evaluation update (Ref #595431) in a reasonable timeframe. They ignore follow-up questions and hide behind "escalation" templates while their clients lose opportunities. It shouldn't be this difficult for a paying customer to get their own records. Extremely disappointed.
WES is a scam !!! Stay away from this company. I asked them to send a copy of my evaluation previously done by them to another organization. They said the evaluation of my foreign degree expired and I have to pay the full amount again. Their customer service is incompetent, and when you ask them to be transferred to a manager, the answer is: they can't transfer you to their so-called 'internal department'.
Never use them ! Never!
They received my documents on February 5 from my university. It was sent to them electronically and they already had an agreement with the university and it's 4 weeks now and the verification of my documents hasn't finished yet. Is this company legit? $230 down the drain.
