One star is more than they deserve! Don’t even bother getting your evaluation with these scammers, if you even manage to finally have your evaluation it’s gonna take ages and a lot of stress, believe me! There is no adequate customer support and if you ask to speak with a manager - good luck, these isn’t one! They take ages if they even decide to respond if you write them. Terrible service.. im currently waiting for a refund over 2 months and can’t get it… I’m going to take legal actions….stay far from this place if u know what’s good for you.. wish u could’ve given them no stars
0 stars not 1. Steer clear of this service at all costs. The second you pay the money which is way more expensive than any other service, they will no longer provide any service their contact center is an absolute joke and will constantly repeat to send them an email and when you do you get an automatic reply saying we are experiencing delays and you will never get a response from them. Imagine taking money from students to not deliver and provide such an atrocious service. Shame on this entire organization.
Don’t waste your time and your money! I had a very disappointing experience with WES and would strongly advise others to think twice before wasting their time and money with this service. It took almost two months for WES to complete my document evaluation. Throughout the process, they showed little to no concern for urgency or customer needs. Lamentable, llevo desde agosto de 2025 esperando la evaluación. He enviado los documentos 3 veces, y sigo sin obtener respuesta. El teléfono siempre está con la música y el ayudante virtual, patético. Eso sí, los 236 dólares los cobraron rápido.
