I considered making this a 4 star review only because more people read 4 star reviews than 5 star reviews. I believe the employee's name was Alex, he helped me out first just with excellent service and did a great job. Then when I was trying to fix my other phone, he helped me figure out how to do it, told me which phone part to buy and which one was garbage, and showed me how to fix it. Really cool guy and very personable, not in the "fake smile fake nice" kind of way, just a good dude.
