WCT could 100% use managment/ supervisor training. In 2nd ops/Inventory the supervisor & manager really drain you. They have a system of telling on each other to move up the chain vs helping one another out to better improve processes & communication. HR definitely does not care about the production workers & is not fair when there is a issue with production team & supervisor/manager. Other departments (QC, WIRE) & supervisors are amazing and fair & really show you that your valued.
