I really enjoyed my experience buying from them, were super friendly and responsive! The only thing to note is the chair I bought was listed as a Steelcase Reply but upon some research when getting home I actually realized it was a Knoll EWC Pro High-back. To be honest though the chairs look really similar and even have many of the same features so I can understand the confusion! Ultimately I still payed a really good price for a really nice chair so I have no complaints!!
This business was VERY helpful in my return. I accidently ordered a chair from here and did not realize it was pick up only (I'm in CA). Their chat bubble rep that responded to me online was SO helpful and understanding. They are refunding my order and honestly I wish I was close by because they have amazing office furniture. Thank you again to this company, wishing you all the best sales this year!
