We had blinds installed by a well-known company that refused to help us when we had a problem with them. I called Chris who came to our house within a couple of hours and found a solution to our problem. We much appreciate his amazing service given he wasn't even the original provider of the blinds. Chris will be my first choice when we have more blinds installed !
