Read the fine print about policies - Waited 4 months for table. Numerous scratches and dings on metal. Noble Homes will not discuss with me unless I have photos of packaging which we did not photograph bc no obvious signs of damage. We also had to remove it promptly from our home because box was large and took up so much space. Website claims to guarantee no defects and guarantee customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I did not find this to be true.
Two stars because the chairs I ordered were beautiful, discounted and did actually arrive. However, the post-purchase experience was terrible. Noble Origins website went down “for maintenance’ for over a week. Their phone number said it had been disconnected Verizon and they didn’t respond to the multiple emails I sent to the address they had first emailed me from (now different from the one on their website). Stumbled upon Noble Origins via a google search of a chair I fell in love with at another retailer. I was looking for best price and quickest delivery for two of this same chair, and Noble Origins was by far the best! Mauricio emailed me himself, and kept me informed of delivery etc. The chairs arrived to me in California beautifully in under three weeks. So very happy with Mauricio, Noble Origins and my new chairs! Highly recommend!
