I went to the office today to update my loan.. They have changed their policies and procedures.. I am disabled and my sister always goes with and helps with my personal stuff.. Today she was not allowed to come with me to the desk, because I was told she couldn't see my personal stuff.. I think this is ridiculous and like I said she always goes to assist me..
