As a current customer of over a year, I am deeply disappointed and saddened to report serious failures in Workwell Technologies' payroll department, follow-up, and overall accountability. Despite giving them multiple opportunities to resolve issues, I have received letters from the IRS threatening to levy my bank account due to improper filing of Form 941. Absolute worst!! Payroll services is a joke! Like most of the reviews, no response from corporate, didn’t file taxes properly, and an absolute headache!!!
They are liars, scammers and cheats. They caused a major disruption in my bank. Now my account is being shut down because of what they did. Run! Don’t trust anyone from WorkWellTech.
Payroll service is an unprofessional joke. Had several issues since switching but the most alarming was that WorkWell never paid our withholding taxes to the state for 2 quarters so our sales tax license was revoked. Not only horrifying for my reputation but I've had to be closed the last 4 days resulting in thousands of dollars in revenue being lost (which anyone knows is crippling to a small business) I've received one phone call to help me with the matter or communicate progress even though we are unsure how to even pay o... read more
