My husbands appointment was at 2:30. it is now 4:30 and he still hasnt been called back. Today is our daughters 1st bday that he is going to miss because of how slow this place is. they shouldn’t even have appointment times if they dont follow them
They schedule you an appointment at a time. You make sure your early they make you wait over an hour to be seen. Why set a scheduled time if you aren't seeing the patient on time??? Waste of my day!!! The worst occupational therapy ever! Don't go here!! People before me still waiting!!!
Every single time I’m here it’s more than an hour wait. Multiple times. Terrible
Just wanted to thank the following individuals in the front office Monique, Zee and Lauren for all of the great assistance during my visit thank you for your professionalism, pleasantry and the clinical team Tiffany great care and most of all thank you to my provider VLad excellent assessment of my injuries and post care of the exercises needed to recovery
Don’t have anything planned because they are slowwwwwwwwwwww the front reception is great and some of the nurses
