Came in for a routine drug test that takes about 3 minutes to administer. Waited over an hour with only one person ahead of me, and staff couldn't give a straight answer on wait time — just kept saying 'a little longer.' Poor communication and no urgency shown to patients waiting on time-sensitive appointments. Would not recommend if you're on a schedule.
After having a frustrating experience with other WorkWell locations while trying to complete a simple pre-employment drug test, I went to the Monroeville location and explained my situation. The staff immediately understood what I was dealing with and were extremely helpful and accommodating. I waited for 2hrs just to give a urine sample. This is unacceptable! I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone.
