Shout out to this amazing business and Jeff- he knew their chairs, and that is what we needed. Was thinking used when we went, but the prices for new showroom samples were enticing, especially to get a lifetime warranty on a RIchmond product. Opportunity to try out several models, new and used, and finding just the right combo of features was a huge plus. Jeff even knew about brands they do not carry!
