I signed up for a class and I get there and they tell me I cannot attend because it’s week 2 but no one called or emailed me letting me know that information. I even got an email reminder days in advance confirming my class time. I informed the front desk lady and she had nothing to say. The people that work there are not really helpful, informative or knowledgeable. Long wait times.

This place is an absolute joke! I had to schedule an appointment for unemployment or I could potentially lose my benefits. So I called them to schedule. Absolute joke of a phone line. No one answers! I spammed them multiple times trying different extensions. Finally got someone and she hung up on me. After attempting to call 20 times, I finally got a chat agent on the website to help me schedule appointment. Now fast forward to today, my appointment day. I scheduled a virtual zoom appointment. I have never experienced such efficient and helpful service as I experienced at this office. We had technical difficulties getting into the unemployment site and they went above and beyond to use their expertise so that we could achieve our goal. The most amazing staff ever.

They won’t answer calls and every time I show up to the building when they are supposed to open, doors are locked and nobody is there.

Charles at work source auburn was extremely helpful in offering me guidance with my unemployment claim. I really do not have a great impression of UI in general, though seeing someone who is so extremely knowledgeable has breathed a sigh of relief through my tired lungs
