I'm leaving a comment in regards to the work ready staff. Everyone I encountered there was nice and professional. I hope they are recognized for their hard work and just know it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for being so kind.
This is the only hospital I know in the U.S that refuses to give out patient info. And the receptionist also refuse to give me her name. I asked for the supervisor she said her name was Kathy not sure if that's really her name since the first woman I spoke with had to ask someone in the background if she should transfer the call. I don't understand how hard it was for her to check the system to see if my family member was admitted there. Wow. I'm speechless. Unprofessional people work there
