Only giving one star because I have to. Not a pleasant experience at all in the Houston area. Customer service is pretty much nonexistent and good luck getting a hold of anyone in a timely manner. The main phone number goes to a random voicemail box that never returned our call, the 'Contact Us' email provided online bounced back and I had to call our rep, Scott, several times to get him to answer his phone.
