I showed up for a new employment physical and lab work. They closed at 5 so I rushed over after work. Arrived at 4:15pm with no appointment and they welcomed me with no problem. They were courteous, quick and efficient. The phlebotomist was very skilled. I didn't even feel the needle! Very personable and friendly. I was surprised at how well the visit went.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is due to the receptionist at the front desk. She was not helpful and she was rude. The nurses and doctors in the back were professional. They were thorough with the exam and let me ask questions at the end. I would recommend Concentra Urgent Care.
