Always a wait and all of them have a dirty appearance inside . They ask you to fill out paperwork on your phone but there's no cell service and they don't provide any free Wi-Fi to do it 😞 Only go there because work forces us too . Jersey one was a bit cleaner than Philly but not by much .
I walked in for a pre employment drug test, fit test, and physical exam. I was told I would receive a text message to complete my paperwork, which I did, but the internet was so slow that it wouldn't load (I have a brand new iPhone). I told the receptionist and she gave me an iPad to use. I finished the paperwork and then proceeded to wait for 2 hours to be called back. 2 HOURS!! Everyone was very nice! They were busy, but they didn't show any outward frustration. Would have given 5 stars if they had a comfortable waiting area and if it smelled nice. The smell issue most likely came from some of the waiting patients, I'm sure, but it wasn't pleasant. It should be noted I'm writing this nice review even though I didn't accomplish what I came there for, but that was my fault and not any of the staff's.
They opened on time. Registration was easy and appointments were kept at the times they were scheduled.
Tech messed up on test and had to retake after 1 hour, dirty place, holes in walls, will never go back will just go to hospital
