I had a very disappointing experience at Concentra. From my initial encounter, the receptionist never once looked up to greet me, which immediately set the tone. Throughout the visit, her demeanor was cold and dismissive, with poor communication and a complete lack of basic respect. I felt like I was a burden simply for asking for a copy of my physical.
