Excellent service... The reception staff are very friendly... I received better service than at the other center in Lawrenceville. I had a bad experience at the other center... The guy who works at reception treated me very badly and wasn't friendly at all; he even made me cry because I didn't know the language and couldn't communicate.
Most of the staff was pleasant and professional. One male staff member was a little to full of himself, butting in when I was having a conversation with another staff member to answer for her. And I definitely did not appreciate him grabbing my specimens and moving them without permission so he could rush through another person’s test. Over all it was not a bad experience.
I was a walk in. I was in and out. I appreciated that.
The entire facility was filthy from top to bottom. I felt like I took a drug screen in an alley. On top of that, as the technician was labeling my urine sample, with all my private information sitting out for all to view, another patient came into the same small room to do a “whisper test”, and his SSN, address, etc was also plainly visible. We were shuffling around each other in a 5’ by 12’ room, it was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility.
I had to wait over an hour for a simple urine test for pre employment. Heard their computer went down
