Terrible place wait time is extremely long. Do not recommend coming here. If you like to wait for a long period of time this is the place for you,
Having a facility close to work is a great asset. Burlington location is always clean and the staff is polite.
Definitely, professional from the receptionist to the doctor. If you have all of your required documents, it is smooth easy and quick. AAA+++ across the board!!!
Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Concentra Urgent Care facility located in Burlington, NJ, on July 2, 2025. My visit was for a Department of Transportation (DOT) certification update, and the physical was conducted by a Dr. Shah. I don’t recommend this place. The doctor needs to RETIRED and go pee or poop before the tech locks the door so u can not get out. I waited one hr to see the doctor she don’t ask u to breathe to hear your lungs. Just bend over touch your toes swing left to right with your arms. Tech stuck me with the biggest needle instead of with a butterfly needle. It was a big JOKE!!!
