I came in at 4:30 pm. One receptionist was packing up to leave, and told my I couldn't be seen. I asked why she said its 3 tests in front of you and a hurt leg. I asked was there a cut off time to be seen . She said yea, 4:30. I asked is that stated on your website. She said no.I asked for the manager who's name is Ashlee Bartolomeo. My experience there was not great at all. I'm still waiting for my dot medical card. I turned in my clearance letter. They ask for my perimetry test. Eye doctor fax my results in. The doctor haven't called me yet. That's keeping me from starting my new job. Never experience anything like this before. Concentra need to do better.
