The facility is A-1 ,the staff is awesome, plus I was in and out fast.
Front desk NEEDS to be made aware of basic information. Ie. If a patient waiting on a physical needs to use the bathroom after 2hr of waiting without being seen yet and asks if their drug test can be done at that time. Being told no and then to just drink water only to then not be able to go when they called me back 10 min later when the “clock” starts and if the drug test can’t be completed during said time frame would have been considered a refusal.
