The staff is friendly but they only except walk-ins for annual physicals & the wait for my last visit was 2hrs & half long. Ugh!
This was by far one of the most unprofessional healthcare experiences I have ever had. I waited over three hours for a simple physical despite being the second person to arrive, while at least 20 other patients were seen before me with no apparent system or organization in place. Went in for a DOT physical. Signed in at 1:35. Took 2hr 45 min. They put me in an exam room and I sat in there for 1hr 10min, waiting for the doctor to come in. When they put me in the room the remaining rooms were empty. The Doctor kept skipping over me and went into the other rooms
