My sister went to see Dr. Rainey for an injury she was supposed to have surgery for. He did not even have the equipment to look at her MRI. Without even seeing her MRI results which she was told by a surgeon was not normal he told her "He has seen this kind of injury 1,000 times" and "She looked like a strong person and could cope with the pain"!!!!
