Shocking customer service. Huge amount of people lined up and not a single person serving, one doing shoes and one wandered off somewhere else. No one is interested in helping you here. Took 20 minutes to be served.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I have been shopping here for years. Whether it’s for work wear, or some new fancy dress shirts / shoes. They’ve got you covered. My most recent experience shopping with them is no exception. I needed some embroidery done on ONE item. We had a pretty undesirable job for Worklocker: not only low quantity, but with a quick turnaround of just a few days. They did it with no questions asked and treated us no different than if we were a big job and/or a job with a generous timeline. Their customer service was top notch, and we were super happy with the product.
