I went in for some 4/4 oak for a project and Mark was amazing. He found a board in back stock that was a better color match for my project, and when I mentioned I was going to struggle with milling to dimension, he offered to mill the lumber to the specs I needed (I love working with wood, I'm just not good at it). To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I recommend WTGH to anyone in NWA who needs hardwoods. It's a friendly family-owned small business with amazing customer service.
I enjoyed doing the cutting board kit and love the finished product!
Mark and both of his sons are super friendly and helpful. Mark took the time to fully understand the project my son and I were working on and make helpful recommendations and techniques. Their selection of wood is excellent and they will cut, plane, profile at no extra charge.
The customer service was excellent! And so was the wide selection of hardwood that was available. Thank you to Zach for helping me get the materials I needed and jointing the wood so it would be ready for the table saw and planer! I could tell from speaking to Zach, that the culture of helping strangers and sense of community are important priorities here. Thanks once again and I definitely will be coming back!
Good selection and the two guys working were friendly. If you're in the area I definitely recommend giving them a visit. If you aren't, the website is great as well.
