Order an school uniform at the store at end of January and they confirm will deliver it to school in following Monday as the size was not available. It's now month of March, called 3 times so far and everytime talk to them and response is someone will call back for an update but nothing. The store experience/face to face interaction was nice but this has ruined that.

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of service at this shop. What should have been a simple purchase has turned into a month-long saga of misinformation and wasted trips. I have visited this shop four times now. The first few times, they were out of stock or the size not fit into my son. When I finally found two different sizes and materials for my son to try, I was told I could always exchange them later. I placed and paid for an order on 10 Feb to be delivered to the school. 3 weeks ago ordered a bag , still showing as "unfulfilled" , sent 3 emails over the last week asking when it might be shipped but totally zero response from this supplier - Customer service seems abysmally poor - Order Number WG17115
