Paid for carpet Larry claimed the shipment got stuck in snow. Now he wont return phone calls and appears to be avoiding me. Did his carpet layers quit? Now Im out \$800. If he wouldnt give me a break on a cap I bought at the same time Im wondering if I will have to take him to court to get my money.
