Their phone systems suck. Way too many automated systems, and I couldn't figure out how to talk to an actual human person. Government websites suck, and government phone lines are even worse.

Worst customer service ever!!!! You wait on hold for at least an hour, just for the person that answers to just hang up on you. Absolutely ridiculous.
I have never tried to work with such a disorganized group of people. You can wait for hours on the phone literally only to find out that you need to talk to someone else. The man I spoke to was rude, condescending and treated me like an idiot. After talking to him for about 20 minutes the situation was still not resolved and he suggested that I call someone else. I asked him for help with the computer online service and he said that they were not trained in that and he had no idea how to help me. Completely useless.
