I recently had an on-going work cover issue with my employer and was assigned a case worker from Work Focus Australia. The case workers name was Jemima (last name withheld) and her professionalism, positive attitude and work ethic in walking me through a terrible and emotionally draining situation was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! I had the worst experience with Workfocus . I went to Greece for four weeks to see my terminally ill Mother for the last time. While i was there my Mother passed away. Workfocus reported to the insurer that i went to Greece for a Holiday.
