The Batavia New York location is closed. I called before I drove there and was told that they are open. When I called back to see what was going on no one answered the phone repeatedly. I can only assume I’m forwarding through to another office and they were too ignorant or didn’t care to remove the local number
Still waiting on my Veterans Disability claim decision because they “misplaced” my exam...

Also, be aware that phone calls during busy times are forwarded to the Rochester office so the information you receive may not pertain to the Batavia office.
