DO NOT GO HERE for a drug screening. Why any company would send their employees here is beyond me. Trusting a 2.4 rated company. Speciman cup was already out ot sealed bag and opened, tech did not wear gloves and left the room with unsealed specimens. Then a false positive result. A 23 year career possibly gone due to someone else's carelessness. Don't know how this facility remains open. Would give 0 stars if an option. Feel free to reach out to me if you've had a similar experience.
Most staff were nice and helpful, one doctor was incredibly rude for seemingly no reason? Tried to keep smiling and being kind but this dude was so rude
My spouse had an appointment and had to wait 1 hour after the scheduled time but the worst part was the employees. All but one front desk person was very rude and especially incompetent. The doctor was basically a jerk. He was condescending from the moment he entered the room; he was looking for reasons to fail the physical. Oh, the pee person was nice, though.
The appointment time they give you isn’t anywhere close to the time they call you back to get checked out. Be prepared to wait and expect to spend excessive time waiting in lobby. Recommend never making an appointment on your lunch break.
