I love WorkersFirst! The staff is extremely friendly, personable, helpful and overall great at their jobs. I went there for job requirements and then ended up coming back for extra vaccines and they were so great on every encounter.
When you have a patient in office explaining that they have a medical condition and they need to step out for fresh air OR they are expressing to you that they need to use the restroom and you proceed to force them to wait another hour and to stay inside and NOT use the restroom because " they are not ready for you" is both unprofessional and unacceptable. This locations front desk clerk needs better training in empathy and mental/physical health as it applies in that particular office. Horrible
