The Chelmsford Branch staff are top notch. Friendly, helpful and very responsive. We have been in there dozens of times for all types of transactions. All were positive!
Open account 2019 bought a new motorcycle. Opened a savings and a checking account. Paid my bike off in full. A customer gave me a check. Deposited it into my savings account check was sent back for insufficient funds. I went and deposited another check from same customer that went great. Then wcu shut down my savings and checking acc. Called and complained they said you owe $252 I told them you never sent any notice to me. They said oh sorry. So if went in person and paid the monies in cash. It's friendly but the tellers are electronic. Not very user friendly. Please hire real people.
