The WCU staff at the Chelmsford branch are awesome and provide excellent customer service.
I have been banking with Workers Credit Union for many years, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. During a recent interaction with Vinny from the fraud department over webcam, he spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. His tone was disrespectful and made me extremely uncomfortable. Even the assistant manager present appeared uncomfortable with how the situation was handled.
