Chelsea Burba & Wanda Reyes are the worst customer service associates. They are so rude and not professional. I asked for help and next thing you know i have a $135 called ‘loan fee’ on my account. Never seen that fee for 7 years of customer with WCU until i talked with them. Please WCU FIX THIS!!! We work hard for our money.
