Like other locations we've been to, this location offers no privacy inside, 2 agents sit side by side in the middle of a too large spartan lobby. Other patrons stand around listening to every conversation waiting their turn. Looks as though they have too little staff for such a large space. An office looked unused and unoccupied. Agent was knowledgeable and explained situation that had brought us in that day. Doesn't look, feel or operate like a typical bank.
