I tried to deposit a check via my mobile app, but it was over the limit, so I brought it to Workers after checking off the mobile deposit box on the check. I wasn't sure if Workers would help me deposit it, but I figured I would try. Turns out, they made the situation worse. The lady stamped my check before realizing that she would not be able to deposit my check due to a hold on my account. THEN she drew an X through the stamp! It was all very unprofessional. Stephanie N., the branch manager, is super pleasant to talk to and work with. She is very knowledgeable and makes great suggestions on loan and insurance options. I really enjoyed my visit to westford branch and hopefully will do a big business with WCU in near future.

Yet another disappointing experience with Workers Credit Union… I was able to do what I needed to, but the ATM was absolutely disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in many months. I would not be surprised if this bank is the next bank to get acquired…
