As always you can expect to get nothing more than Excellent service at the Lancaster WCU branch, have been a member for many years and Highly Recommend them to all. Great Staff.
It's a total robbery. I've been waiting for two months for them to send me a check and I don't get any answers from them!
UPDATE: A branch supervisor called me and was extremely rude about the original complaint I made. Calling me after 5pm for one is extremely rude as I am in working class. She was very aggressive and argumentative because I left a review and told me that I was more than welcome to close out my account with them and was especially saying we wont do anything to correct this mistake. I will add she openly admitted to the bank charging me 3x for the same purchase and confirmed it was not the restraunts fault. (I already intended ... read more
Worst banking I’ve experienced. Switched here cause I wanted better. Every time I go up to their ATM’a at this specific location they are always out of service. More times than not.
