Worst credit union for a loan they Harass me and my co signer monthly when they know I pay faithfully monthly. They are now even worse when I’m 3 k away from a 20k car loan they want my car bad hahaha when I pay every month hahah fools never again DCU is way better
I usually go to the Fitchburg branch but because I was already out and about and it was closer, I went to Lancaster. Every week I go in to deposit my payroll check, and they’re able to clear it immediately for me because it’s payroll. This new bank wouldn’t do it, meaning I’d have to wait all weekend to get the money I earned. The guy was asking a bunch of questions such as where I work even though it says on the check, acting like I’m doing something wrong.
