Our first visit to Workers Credit Union in Lancaster was very positive. Sharron, who helped us, was welcoming, professional and easily completed our multiple transactions. We have had similar experiences at the other branches we have visited and would recommend Workers Credit Union to anyone.
I had the worst experience as a customer in Workers credit union. I just went to update my wife name in our joint account after she became us citizen so she brought her usa passport, her driver's license and social security with her new name and they asked for marriage certificate that they already have on file and also asked for a court letter for name change when we just did the same at Citizen bank with just those forms of IDs . I’ve had more issues in the past month with this bank then I’ve had my whole life. Losing access to my own money constantly in one way or another.
