Never take out a loan with them first off I was told a month is two weeks to them because they reset "loans" every two weeks. So you owe your Monthly payment every two weeks. Just to let you know I signed for a 7% rate and once I signed they went to 22% I pay my bare to these scammers so I can just either just pay it off I have heard they charge $10k to pay off a loan. Total Scam bank
Worst customer service ever. Would not let me make my husband's deposit because I didn't have an account with them. The deposit slip was all filled out, cash in hand, yet would not do it unless I created a "profile" with them. Since when does a bank not let someone else make a deposit for someone else's business? I make deposits for my boss all the time at another bank with no problem. But at Worker's, nope. It's not like I was asking for a withdrawal or a balance request.
