Such a great team to have as support. Melissa is a beast and truly wants the best for her clients. Lucia was my case worker, yet she handled things at a higher level. I felt so empowered with these two on my side. I would definitely recommend this firm, especially to newbies with zero knowledge of workers comp cases. Responses were prompt and I even received calls to calm me down when I was in a panic and impatient. I couldn’t have asked for a better team! My case was settled and I couldn’t be happier!

This has been a life changing experience. I honestly do not know if I would've gotten the treatment I needed without their help. It took 4 year to resolve from the date of injury. Every email I sent was answered within 24-48 hours. Sometimes I felt my attorney wasn't understanding what I was talking about which left me frustrated. They were professional from the start to finish and made it so much more easier to deal with my case. Melissa was great at explaining the whole process at the beginning which got me to choose them. And Marilupe was constantly providing me with updates and helping out with documents as well communicating with the insurance. Overall experience was great and highly recommend them! I left this attorney for another to handle my workers comp case. My employer was repeatedly negligent, and this attorney did nothing. Not once did they call to schedule an appointment with me. The only time I spoke over the phone with my attorney was my initial free consultation. My case manager, Lucia, was incredibly rude and threatened me over not being able to attend a QME appointment that was made without consulting my schedule. After this experience, I understand why attorneys have a negative reputation.
