If you are Latino and considering hiring this company, I strongly advise you to reconsider. I remained with them for two years, believing that my loyalty would encourage them to move my case forward. It’s been a year since I’ve hired them and nothing has been accomplished. My emails get ignored and when I finally do get thru to them they tell me they are working on things and never follow up. I’m extremely disappointed and feel like I’m being gaslit. I have no idea who my actual attorney is and when I asked Royce Roxas he completely ignored and never answered.
