If I could give no stars then I’d give no stars. The front desk attendants are rude, disrespectful and incompetent! We waited 2.5 hrs to be seen by the doctor and as it turns out, the staff did not do their job. When asked to speak to a manager, staff started laughing to each other and ignoring us the. Here’s a review you can use: I had a terrible experience at this physical medicine and rehabilitation center on Queens Blvd. When you’re involved in an accident, you expect to be treated with respect, care, and courtesy. Unfortunately, this facility falls far short of those expectations. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, making the entire experience unpleasant from start to finish.
