I had a tough delivery to a rural property. The staff were extremely helpful, they regularly followed up with the delivery company then updated me (without me needing to chase them). They called within 30min of delivery to ensure all went well. Cannot fault their customer service.

I had an exceptional experience dealing with the WorkArena team over the past few months. Very responsive and attentive to my needs (regardless of this being a fairly small order). Big shout out to Boris and Lucy for keeping me updated throughout the pre and post sales process. Looking forward to working with the team again in the future.

Took my HM chair here for warranty service. The staff are excellent from online enquiry, warehousing and product management. Only took 3 weeks for my 10 year old to be fixed under warranty!

Called to inquire about a Herman Miller Aeron chair and was told that someone will email me for a quote within the day. Had to call the following day for a follow up, only to be told that they can't sell to me since I was in VIC and they can only sell in NSW. Advised them that I plan to purchase and have it in NSW, and then was rudely asked if I plan to move it elsewhere. I told them they had no business asking where it'd be located after purchase. Found another supplier for the chair who was friendlier and more accomodating... read more
