The WorkArena team have just completed a small job that has gone into a heritage office and whilst the scale of the task was smaller than their usual installations every detail was completed with immaculate care and attention. Edited after chair delivery: Second chair was arrived very quick indeed, just in four business days after purchase. Fantastic! I bought one chair a few weeks ago, then purchased another one this week. When purchased first time it was very friendly and delivered quick. Second purchase is very different, I made four phone calls and still don’t know when my chair will be delivered. The product is fantastic no problem at all, but I doubt consistency of the service…
I had a tough delivery to a rural property. The staff were extremely helpful, they regularly followed up with the delivery company then updated me (without me needing to chase them). They called within 30min of delivery to ensure all went well. Cannot fault their customer service.
I had an exceptional experience dealing with the WorkArena team over the past few months. Very responsive and attentive to my needs (regardless of this being a fairly small order). Big shout out to Boris and Lucy for keeping me updated throughout the pre and post sales process. Looking forward to working with the team again in the future.
