I use workable for my hiring needs 1-2 x a year, not enough to remember the complexities of their cancellation policies. A subscription is necessary that needs to be cancelled, however it's not straightforward and takes many steps and searching to cancel. Twice I have archived a job, thinking I have cancelled the subscription when I had not, and so billed for the next month. Worst costumer service I ever experienced in any business. Stay away
Not compatible with companies that have multiple branches and teams within that hire only for their specific team/branch. Very annoyed it took a month to just tell me and the reasoning on the website was very vague.
If your looking to hire these guys know how to get qualified candidates...been a customer for 2 years
