I am so appreciative of the level of care I have received at Pivot. The staff are professional and accommodating. Elizabeth has especially impressed me by expediting an appointment I needed in order to keep me on track with my progress. Her concern and compassion assures me that I am in good hands!
The woman working behind the desk when I arrived at 225,who gave me my form to fill out was very rude and appears to not like her Job.Normally a white guy who wares maroon scrubs is always very nice everytime I come in..It seems everyone else is very ignorant...I guess pivot is that desperate that they will hire anyone..I will call them and complain this time.I normally let it go,but today was enough to say enough is enough..so let's see how this goes.
Nice friendly Staff at window,nurses were nice. The Doctor was Super nice and very professional,the wait was not long at all.I dont know why the negative reviews,it was an all….positive visit.And i’m a returning patient from a couple years ago,and it’s the same positive and pleasant visit 👌👍👌
I arrived at Pivot at the Lancaster Pike location. And the wait was unacceptable. After coming in with 2 others waiting in the waiting room; explained that no one has been up to register anyone of them for 20 mins. And they also explained 1 person just left due to this unprofessionalism.
